packhorse bridges, historic houses, Dunster
Castle and the haunting Doone Country.
- Explore a stretch of the coast path – the 630
mile South West Coast Path starts at Minehead
and immediately enters its most spectacular
stretch as its scales Exmoor’s towering sea-cliffs,
skirts beautiful bays and takes you to the sandy
coves with rock pools and of course the very
special Valley of the Rocks.
- Go riding on the moors. With hundreds of miles
of bridleways to chose from, Exmoor and horse
riding were made for each other.
- Take the children to some of our many
fun-packed family attractions – zoos,
amusement parks, steam train rides, or
to the beaches and harbours.
